Mark & Susan Jones from Garway, Hereford are taking part in Herefordshire Food week between 13th and 20th August with the ice cream production open to the public each morning and farm walks and the afternoon milking available to be seen each afternoon. This is a worthwhile effort and goes some way to meeting the interest in the provenance of food by today’s consumer.
